2. Overview

This website consists of static content and an embedded hero video delivered via an external CDN (Bunny.net). No cookies are set, no trackers loaded, no forms offered, no external font CDNs embedded.

3. Data processed when you visit the site

3.1 Server logs

When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent, referrer) to ensure operation and security.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation).

3.2 Bunny CDN (video delivery)

The hero video is delivered through Bunny.net d.o.o. (Dunajska cesta 103, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia). When the video is fetched, Bunny processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested resource). Bunny does not set cookies or tracking pixels for video delivery.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Email contact

If you email me at s.schwer@tensorpm.com, I process the data contained in your message to respond to your inquiry. Delivery is handled through the TensorPM email infrastructure; see tensorpm.com for details.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Booking

I use Cal.com for booking the first call. When you book a slot there, Cal.com, Inc. processes the data you enter (name, email, requested time). Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (booking on your request).

6. Recipients and processors

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (website hosting)
  • Bunny.net d.o.o. (CDN delivery of the hero video)
  • INWX GmbH & Co. KG (domain registration and DNS hosting)
  • Cal.com, Inc. (booking, only when you actively schedule a call)

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some services (notably Cal.com, Inc.) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, I ensure appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 ff. GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

To exercise your rights, please write to s.schwer@tensorpm.com.

9. Security

I apply technical and organisational measures to protect processed data appropriately (TLS encryption, restricted administrative access).

10. Changes

I update this privacy notice when functions, processes or legal requirements change. The version published on this website is the one that applies.
